Warehouses and shop bays take pallet jacks, dropped tools, and hot tires, so they get a flake or quartz system laid down hard and grippy over a fully profiled slab. Showrooms and retail floors get a cleaner finish that photographs well and wipes down in seconds.
We work around your schedule wherever we can, sectioning the floor or pouring after hours so you are not shut down longer than you have to be. You get the exact prep, cure, and return-to-service window in writing before we start.

Which system fits
Flake or quartz for commercial
Most commercial jobs land on flake or quartz. Flake is the middle of our range, tough, slip-resistant, and great at hiding tire marks and traffic, which makes it the workhorse for garages, shops, and general commercial space.
Quartz is the step up, our hardest and easiest-to-clean floor, packed with quartz granules and built for kitchens, labs, wet areas, and anywhere that takes heavy impact and constant cleaning. Not sure which one? Send photos and we will tell you what the space wants.

How long will my business be shut down?
It depends on the size and the system, but we plan around your operation, sectioning the floor or working after hours where we can. You get the exact prep, cure, and return-to-service window with your quote before anything starts.
Will it hold up to forklift and pallet-jack traffic?
Yes. We grind the slab to bare concrete and profile it so the coating bonds mechanically, then pour a flake or quartz system built for exactly that kind of load. For the heaviest traffic we will steer you toward quartz.
Can you coat over an existing floor?
Most of the time, yes, but only after we grind and assess what is already down. If an old coating is failing or the slab has issues, we deal with that first so the new floor lasts. We will tell you what we find before we pour.
Do you do line striping or anti-slip?
Yes. We can add safety striping, walkway lines, and extra grip to the topcoat for ramps, wet areas, and high-traffic lanes. Just tell us what the space needs.
